Dear Sir or Madam,
At 8:56 this morning, I saw at T560/3-MACAO – HENGQIN FRONTIER POST that MT2557 had just started to turn on the right turn indicator.I beckoned the captain to open the door, but the captain ignored me and the other five or six people and drove away. I clearly see that there is still room in the car and there is still four minutes before the departure time.
This experience made me very angry and seriously affected the time I clocked in at work. Therefore, I wrote the e-mail to complain, hoping that the vehicles during working hours can normally depart according to the time instead of arbitrarily driving away in advance.

According to the driving records of the respective bus, passengers were seen running towards the bus from a distance only after the bus had left the bus stop. Nevertheless, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to passengers as a result of the early departure of the bus. A strict warning had been issued to the terminus supervisor in order to strengthen departure management and to ensure the normal operation of bus services. At the same time, we will reinforce supervision and training in order to improve service quality.
