Date : 2025-2-6,12:06,Just now I took the Bus route 25 at R do Campo heading to work< at Londoner Hotel. Strangely the bus driver of Bus A85290 have made a left tum into S Francisco Garden instead of going straight. Then he realized he was wrong and made a u-tum at Clube Militar. To add to the burden he again missed the left turn and followed Av da Praia Grande until BCM bank making then a left turn to be finally heading Amaral Square. In all this process he missed a stop and above all took over 15 min more. He also hurt 1 passenger by closing the bus door while he was entering and don't allow another to exit on his stop as he missed the stop. It was not just an hassle he is a danger for public safety.

另外經查證巴士停靠氹仔茵景園時提供上客服務,車長關門時致使門後安全繩晃動,繼而朝向乘客。亦已加強敦促車長可耐心等候乘客走入車廂,確認安全後才關閉車門,以保障乘客安全。謹請諒解。

Additionally, it has been verified that when the bus captain closed the door when stopping at Edf. Greenville Taipa to provide pick-up service, it caused the safety rope behind the door to swing towards the passengers. Therefore, we have urged bus captains that should patiently wait for passengers to board the bus and confirm their safety before closing the doors to ensure passenger safety.
