Here has a situation to be reported . Feb 9, this afternoon around 15:37 in the Border gate Station,the drive of AA7312 didn’t follow the procedure that he have opened the forward door for passengers to get off bus which caused the ones who are waiting in queue did not get on bus as sequence. Now i am sincerely reporting this situation to your company that the regulation need to be followed by everyone in our society. This kind of violation need to be criticized. l am looking forward to receiving your feedback in the coming day.

感謝事主的反映。根據相關巴士的行車記錄,巴士隨前車駛入巴士站內,考慮題述站點有不少乘客候車,故車長順勢開門,先讓車內乘客下車,再計劃駛至前方進行上客,加快接載服務流程;然而,期間站上部分乘客先行上車,候車秩序有所擾亂,在場站長見況及時協調,隨後車長有向前方候車乘客致歉。
針對題述情況,車長本意為提供良好巴士服務,現已提醒車長日後駛至上客位置才提供上落客服務,避免產生不必要的矛盾。
Thank you for your feedback. According to the driving records of the relevant bus, the bus followed the vehicle that was ahead and entered the bus stop area. Considering that there were many passengers waiting for the bus at the relevant bus stop, the bus captain opened the door and let the passengers in the bus to get off first, and then planned to drive to the front to pick up the passengers in order to speed up the pick-up service process. However, during that period, some passengers got on the bus first, and created a disturbance at the back of the bus compartment. The station captain at the scene coordinated in time after seeing the situation, and the bus captain then apologized to the passengers waiting ahead.
In regards to this situation, the bus captain’s intention was to provide a good service after all. He has now been reminded to provide pick-up and drop-off services only after driving to those points in order to avoid unnecessary conflicts.
