I would like to complain due to your driver splash me with rain water. Near the bus stop M271 the Bus 25 ( Plate #: AB-54-26) at 30/8/2024, 06:28a.m. was driving too fast and the water on the road got splash all over me.

According to the driving records, the bus was running at a speed of30km/h through the relevant road section not intentionally but due to the rainyweather that caused a small area of water accumulation on the side of the road.If this has caused any inconvenience, our company will strengthen safetyawareness to bus captains to pass through waterlogged road sections gentlydepending on weather and road conditions, to avoid causing trouble to others.Thank you for your understanding.
