Would appreciate if a warning notice is put in all buses, that passengers who wants to see movies, music videos … should use an EarPods, cause some people just don’t have consideration & they do it so loud that can be very disturbing Thx.

Thank you for your feedback and opinions. According to the travel instructions, passengers are not restricted from using speaker devices such as mobile phones. However, our company has set up voice announcement for bus captains to play in time, to remind passengers to keep the bus compartment quiet. In regards to this situation, our company will keep reminding bus captains to use the relevant broadcast when necessary, and at the same time, hoping that passengers will cooperate and try to avoid using speaker mode. We recommended wearing headphones or to turn the volume down, in order to create a comfortable environment together.
感謝事主的反映及意見。根據乘車須知，並未有限制乘客使用手提電話等揚聲設備。然而，本公司已於巴士車廂內設有“請保持安靜”的語音廣播供車長適時播放，以提醒乘客保持車廂安靜。就題述情況，本公司會加強提醒車長有需要時利用相關廣播，同時希望乘客自覺配合，儘量避免使用擴音模式，建議可佩戴耳機或調低音量，共同營造舒適的車廂環境。
