The driver drove so slow and under the min speed
詳情: Bus K239 under number 25b, at around 1945 in Jan 21, he drove the bus in very slow speed when passing the bridge from ilhas da Taipa to cidade de Macau with 34km per hour and the lowest speed wa shown at 30 km per hour which the min speed at the speed is required at 40 km per hour according to law. This really makes the efficiency for the public bus as well as slow down the buses and taxies following that bus. In addition, it also make the service slow and need the waiting passengers to wait more time but thats not cause of any traffic jams or other issues.
