The driver on bus AA6802 closed the door on me while I was going up the bus and hurt my arm, after that he screamed to my wife in front of me so loud and angry saying "move at the back so people can get up" so I told him "how to move if someone is blocking the way" . After a while the bus was on stop on a red light and he was angrily looking at us at the rear view mirror. Actually, He opened the door of the bus even it was not yet at the bus stop. The bus he was driving was the third bus in line at the bus stop. He was obviously in a hurry and very rude that makes him a dangerous bus driver. When we were almost at the NamSun bus stop to get off the bus, the driver beeped the horn for so long and almost run over a man crossing to the car park. (On Jan 24, 2025 at 7:18pm)

感謝事主的反映。本公司重視乘客的乘車安全及車長的服務表現，是故甚表關注題述情況並隨即展開跟進。經查實對於有關車長應謹慎開關門，由此引起乘客衍生安全隱憂，本公司現已嚴肅告誡有關車長在提供上客服務時密切關注乘客上車動態，倘乘客仍站立於黃色區域位置或視線不清時，予以耐心等候，也可禮貌提示乘客往車廂靠攏及注意開關門，耐心等待走入車廂後，看清車門周邊情況才可關閉車門，切勿心急關門，以策安全。與此同時，也會繼續加強培訓及監督車長工作表現，避免類似情況發生，以保障乘客安全。另外，巴士行經柯維納馬路近南新花園路段，車長察覺有行人違規橫過行車道，隨即減緩車速避讓，基於安全理由，遂響咹提醒對方注意安全。謹請事主諒解。

We have formally warned the driver to closely monitor passenger boarding behavior while providing service. If passengers are still standing in the yellow zone or if visibility is unclear, the driver should patiently wait and can politely remind passengers to move closer to the bus and be aware of the door operation. It is important to wait until passengers have safely entered the bus and have a clear view of the surroundings before closing the doors, avoiding any hasty actions for safety.
At the same time, we will continue to strengthen training and supervision of driver performance to prevent similar situations from occurring and to ensure passenger safety. Additionally, when the bus was traveling along Estrada Governador Albano de Oliveira near Edf. Nam Sun section, the driver noticed a pedestrian crossing the road illegally and promptly reduced speed to avoid a collision. For safety reasons, the driver sounded a reminder to the pedestrian to be cautious. Thank you for your understanding.
