At 19 May2024, 10:39 hrs. I got on bus 32 at M160/2 PRACETA DE 1 DE OUTUBRO and paid the fare with my Mpay. The driver closed the door before I moved in the bus and the rope attached with the door almost tripped me. He ignored the safety of the passangers.

感謝事主的反映。經查核，車長留意乘客繳付車資並準備走入車廂，繼而同步關閉車門，在相互牽引下致使門後安全繩出現晃動，繼而朝向乘客。就此，本公司現已加強提醒車長完成接載服務，可耐心等候乘客走入車廂，確認安全後才關閉車門，以保障乘客安全。
Thank you for your feedback. The bus captain noticed that the passengers were paying their fares and preparing to walk towards the bus compartment and closed the doors simultaneously. In regards to this situation, our company has now strengthened its efforts to remind bus captains to complete the pick-up service and to wait patiently for passengers to board and to close the door after confirming it is safe to do so, to ensure passengers safety.
