Please notify my complain with this bus26, plate number: AA7920, at around 21:05PM on 13/3/2024. I was riding in it, he ride so fast,.and suddenly I think nearby Galaxy, because he's riding fast there's a car I think that cross and he's turning, the impact of he's sudden hard break is not okay to passenger specially to me, my knee hit the metal and was too painful in my knee, and have bruised..he didn't even check, now I have bruise in my knee. hope nextime he must be careful in driving.

感謝事主的反映。根據相關巴士的行車記錄，巴士行經路氹連貫公路圓形地(外圏)按規行車，期間右車道(內圈)突然有車輛連續轉換兩車道，導致巴士緊急減速避讓。由此引起乘客不適，本公司表示遺憾。現已敦促有關車長進行車期間密切留意路面及四周車輛情況，保持安全跟車車距，採取合適的車速行車，慎防突發情況發生。與此同時，本公司會加強培訓及監督車長的駕駛情況，致力提升車長的安全駕駛意識。
Thank you for your feedback. According to the relevant bus driving records, the bus was driving according to regulations when passing by Rotunda do Istmo (outer circle). At that moment, a vehicle suddenly switched 2 lanes continuously from the right lane (inner circle), causing the bus to urgently slow down to avoid it. Our company regrets the discomfort caused to passengers, and have urged the bus captain to pay close attention to road surface and surrounding vehicles while driving, maintain a safe distance between vehicles, drive at an appropriate speed and to be cautious to prevent unexpected incidents from happening. At the same time, our company will strengthen training and supervision of bus captains driving conditions to improve driver safety awareness.
